Reigning Cats and Dogs - History Redrawn, was originally published in 1997 by Howell Book House (A division of Simon & Schuster Macmillan). It was awarded 'The Best Book of Cat Related Humor' by the Cat Writer's Association of America in 1998. The author has taken characters from History and given them new lives (9 in the case of the cats) as cats and dogs. Great fun for all ages.
